Ski passes:

From autumn 2026, we will offer you an even more convenient service: You can conveniently purchase your ski passes directly in the house. Ski passes that have already been purchased online are also available for you to pick up from us - so you can start your day of skiing relaxed without waiting times.

Check In & Check Out

Check in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Check out until 09.00 a.m.
For arrivals after 7:00 p.m., please let us know.

General terms

Standard cancellation conditions

• up to 1 months before departure no cancellation fee
• 1 month to 1 week before departure 70% of total amount
• 90% of the total amount in the last week before the start of the trip
